Make a Deposit:
There is a conditional non-refundable deposit of $300. Some examples where the deposit could be refunded are: the litter reserved from did not have enough puppies for our reservation list or the gender that you specified was not available. Changing your mind for family or personal reasons results in forfeiting your deposit. We accept personal check, cash, cashiers check, cash app, or Venmo.
Select a Puppy:
Selecting a puppy will begin right at birth. You can pick out your puppy in the order deposits were received. We only allow puppy visits for families who have reserved a puppy. This is done in order to maintain a healthy and safe environment for our puppies. We do not invite the general public into our home for puppy visits. I will send weekly photos/videos so you are part of the process of watching the puppy grow up. Puppies will go home around 8 weeks of age.
Final Payment:
Full payment is due at time of pickup. Payment methods we accept for the remaining balance are cash, personal check, cashier's check, Cash App, or Venmo. Please confirm your remaining balance with us before sending payment.
Picking Up Your Puppy!!!
YAAAAAY!!! We will set up a time for you to pick up your new puppy around 8 weeks. There will be a Health Guarantee to be signed as well as a Spay/Neuter Contract. You can view these both in the contracts page. We will send all paperwork with you, including vet check and vaccination records.

At Baileys Puppies, the health of our dogs always comes first. Because litter sizes are naturally unpredictable, we cannot guarantee the number of puppies born in each litter.
If a litter produces fewer puppies than expected and we are unable to fulfill every reservation:
- Families who do not receive a puppy will be offered priority placement at the top of the next available litter list of that specific momma.
- Deposits will always remain valid until a puppy is placed with you, unless otherwise requested.
This policy ensures fairness to all families while respecting the natural limits of our breeding program. We deeply appreciate your patience and trust as we work to match each of you with the right puppy.
